EdFOCUS Initiative is a non-profit organization of committed educators who provide customized technical and professional development services to school districts in various aspects of school reform. The majority of our work is focused on standards-based curriculum and "best practices" instruction, with an emphasis on delivery, differentiated instruction, and formative assessment techniques to increase student achievement. We pay particular attention to narrowing the performance gap between advantaged and disadvantaged or underserved students.
